Holy Christmas! It’s All New!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to our new home! Doesn’t it look nice? I know what you’re thinking… it’s been under construction forever. Well, this site was kinda like an expressway construction project…like in Chicago. I’m nearly positive I’ve never been to Chicago without there being some sort of major interstate work, which kinda leads me to believe that since the city’s inception, there has always been expressway construction…like, even before expressways were invented…. construction on Chicago’s expressways… I’m sure of it. And you know, Chicago is one of my favorite cities in the country, so imagine my road rage for interstate construction in a city I don’t like. Not pretty… lots of inappropriate language and complaining… I think I had road rage at this site for a while… it’s lucky we didn’t get off at the same exit. But look how beautiful it is now!!! No congestion, no lane closings, no “slow men at work.” Just glorious, stress-free cruising. Now we just need to plant a few trees in the median. And speaking of cruising… that is still a hobby I will never understand. Just driving up and down the street… flexin’… I just don’t get it. I know it’s the only thing to do in some towns (that and hanging out at the Piggy Wiggy), but still. And in big cities? Really? Someone please explain…. I don’t even know what the hell I’m talking about anymore.

Anyway, enjoy our new site. Thank you, Matt for building it. Come see a show, ‘cause we’ve got a lot coming up in a little while. In the meantime, we’re gonna be writing some new songs, and maybe give you a taste of them here and there. And let us know what you think about the place.

    Haven’t you heard that there are only two seasons in Chicago? Winter and Construction. Although, Construction is creeping on Winter’s territory…

    And I’m so very glad you love Chicago so much! I wouldn’t get to see you guys as often as I do if you didn’t keep coming within an hour and a half from my home. The expressways into Chicago suck whether there’s construction or not! I missed the show on February 20th because I got stuck in traffic.
